Comment: Excellent service. They were out of the size car I reserved and I ended up with a convertable Seabring. In my opinion they used execellent problem solving skills to help send me on my way!

Comment: i have been an Emerald member for about 3 years now and it is a big help to me when i can get off the plane go to National and hop in any car i want head for the exit show my card and go and they always have decent cars. JB

Comment: While there are many low cost agencies (Dollar, Budget), there ALWAYS seems to be a tremendous line at the counter and a disproportionate number of agents to handle the crowd resulting in frustrations and ticked off people. I switched to Hertz (more expensive) and joined their Gold Club but it is worth every penny if I can be literally on the road within 15 minutes of deplaning is I have no checked bags! a huge timesaver! they have more busses and you simply give the driver your name and he drops you off at the car with the trunk open and keys in the lock ready to go. The contract is on the dash and all you do is show an ID at the gate and off you go!

Comment: Enterprise was great, there were 5 of us travelngtogether and they had several options of vehiclesto choose from. we had an early flight our day of departure 6:00 or something and the rental place dosent open till later. you can drop the vehicle off at there location, key in a drop box, hit a call button and a cab will pick you in 10 mins,andyou dont pay, Enterprise pays it you sign a ticket.

Comment: Last month (Sept 2002), I took my wife and a 7-year old son to Bora Bora for summer vacation. We rented a sub-compact car fro EuroCar company. We are very unhappy with the attitude of the French woman who works as an agent. She has a very unpleasant personality. She is extremely rude to clients. She made unacceptable accusations (such as dishonest ..)against clients, including myself. The rate is terribly high, $40.00 US Dollars/hour for a sub-compact car (about the size of a Honda Civic). If you ever travel to this location, it would cost you much less to hire a taxi by day. This option will also help you to avoid aggrevation.
